To say I’m obsessed with The Black Rabbit Book Bar is putting it mildly. This place has truly become my second home. A huge thank you to Whit and Keisha—these amazing women absolutely kill it! Their passion, kindness, and attention to detail have created a space that’s more than just a book bar—it’s a whole vibe. They’ve graciously allowed us to host our monthly Scream Queens Book Club here, and it has quickly become one of the highlights of our month. It’s our safe space, our cozy corner of the world, where we can laugh, cry, drink themed book drinks, and talk about books (and probably a little gossip too!). If you’re looking for a place with great energy, welcoming faces, and shelves full of magic, this is it. Support this gem—you won’t regret it.

We grabbed a few drinks and found both the staff and atmosphere delightful. I tried the plague (BlackBerry) iced latte. It's not too sweet or too strong in flavor. Lots of unique books and gifts to browse as well.

This coffee shop/bookstore makes me want to move to Clermont! Fun gothic vibes and fantastic coffee. The Ghost Malone latte was so good my husband went back for a second one. Sugar-free and gluten-free options, too. So great!

This is a nice little shop for coffee/lattes or tea. I would say the place has a quintessential small town shop vibe, meets cool bookshop. The young woman making the drinks was delightfully friendly offering us her drink favorites and suggestions. There is what I would call a small selection of books and locally made items. As for food mainly muffins and scones. The coffee was good but the real reason you come here is for the book bar vibe and friendly atmosphere.

Entrance: no problem with my wheelchair. Around the counter and bathroom area I also could move around. But this is a cozy, small business and some of it would only be really accessible if you or maybe one other patron were in the bookbar. Serena was working and she was friendly and engaging. I'm sure she would have moved chairs if I had asked. The bathroom is completely accessible. The business supports other small businesses. Soaps, earrings, bookmarks, etc. We enjoyed a snickerdoodles cookie from Nina's Sweet Treats, a K-Pop Demon Hunter refresher, Bibbidi Bubbly Soaps Dracula (it smells wonderful) and a fun book The Southern Book Club's guide to slaying Vampires by Grady Hendrix. This is a lovely, niche book store and we loved it!

Wonderful little spot Tucked away in beautiful downtown Clermont! Really quiet inside, with awesome decor and atmosphere. Employees have all been so kind and welcoming and they also carry sugar free options if you need those. I tired the sugar free caramel latte with almond milk and it’s a 10/10. Super smooth coffee and they balanced the milk to coffee ratio perfectly. Highly recommend this spot if you are in the area. It’s worth the drive away from the chain coffee places for the atmosphere alone, but if you enjoy trying different coffee this one is a must. They also have other treats and food at the counter to enjoy while you are there and if you are a book lover, this is a perfect space to cozy up with a coffee and enjoy diving into your current further. Thank you for the delicious coffee and service!

I dont want others to know about this place so it doesnt get too crowded, but I also want this place to be super successful so they can expand into a larger space. This place has the potential to go tiktok viral and then I will have to wait in line to get my coffee. (Im selfish though) The owner is so friendly, the drinks are full of love and so adorably themed, and taste amazing, and the desserts match the vibe but do not sacrifice taste for decoration. My husband went on a weekday for a quick outing and it was just a great vibe and we ended up talking to the owner for like 30 mins as she was working on some books for her book club. She really seemed like a genuine person. My drink even had cute little witchy doodles which was such an amazing personal touch. The space is smaller so seating may be limited, but its in a great spot to get some spooky vibes then stroll the charming stores in downtown. My only feedback, but it might be that we went later in the day, is that I wish their food selection was a bit bigger. I would love some more savory choices, but understand that the kitchen area may be limited.

A coffee called “Ghost Malone”?! Immediate yes! If you weren’t already into ghosts, you might be after trying the brownies or muffins, which are to die for! Come to browse the books or grab a new tote, earrings, or even some spooky scented soaps. The best part of Black Rabbit Book Bar is that they are pet friendly. My Frenchie has only been a few times, but walks straight to the door because she knows pets and pup cups are on the way. This is the ultimate hangout for the goth girlies in your life
